Foldables & Large Screens
Found in Settings > Foldables & Large Screens. Letterbox Fill is shown on every device. The DS Mode settings are shown only on a foldable iPhone.
Letterbox Fill

What fills the space around a game that doesn’t match the screen’s shape.
- Blur — a blurred, darkened copy of the game.
- Black — plain black bars.
Tapping a bar continues the game.
Per-game Letterbox Fill

- Set Letterbox Fill to Use Global Setting, Blur or Black
DS Mode (Laptop Pose)

When the iPhone Duo is folded like a laptop, the game plays on the top half and the control deck fills the bottom half. When off, the game stays full-size across the fold.
DS Mode When Held Upright

Uses the DS Mode layout when the unfolded inner screen is held upright while playing a landscape game.
The control deck
Section titled “The control deck”- Pad — the large empty area. Tap it to continue. When the Virtual Mouse is on, the pad is its trackpad.
