By downloading, installing, or using Spark (“the App”) or by accessing the Spark website at spark.devl.ai (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

Spark is an iOS application that allows users to play Ren’Py visual novel games on iPhone and iPad. The Website provides documentation, support resources, and a blog related to the App.

Spark offers both one-time in-app purchases (tips) and auto-renewing subscriptions to support the development of the App.

• One-time purchases are charged once through your Apple ID at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is processed by Apple through your App Store account. Spark does not directly collect or store any payment information.
• Cancellation of subscriptions can be managed through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

Supporters who make in-app purchases or subscribe may receive perks such as alternate app icons and access to alpha features. These perks are provided as a thank you and are subject to the following:

• Perks may change, be added, or be removed at any time without prior notice.
• Alpha features are experimental and may be incomplete, unstable, or removed in future updates.
• No guarantee is made regarding the availability, functionality, or permanence of any specific perk or alpha feature.

Spark allows users to import and play visual novel games on their device. You are solely responsible for the content you import and must ensure that you have the legal right to use and possess any game files you load into the App. Devon Lewis is not responsible for any user-imported content.

The Spark application, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Devon Lewis. All rights are reserved.

Ren’Py is an open-source visual novel engine created by Tom Rothamel and is used under the terms of its respective license. Games played through Spark are the intellectual property of their respective creators.

The App and Website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Devon Lewis does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any game will be compatible with the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Devon Lewis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or Website, regardless of the theory of liability.

Devon Lewis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App or Website at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the App or Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
